Our workouts help you rebuild strength, improve posture, and boost confidence while supporting your postnatal recovery. With just 4 mums per session, you’ll get individual coaching alongside the motivation and camaraderie of a small, supportive group.
Babies Welcome
From bouncers to a quiet nap space, we’ve got everything to keep your baby comfortable. With breastfeeding-friendly spaces, changing supplies, and patient, understanding coaches, you can focus on yourself knowing your little one is welcome.
Compassion
We know new motherhood is full of highs and lows, and we’re here for all of it. Our coaches provide encouragement, support, and a judgement-free space to help you build strength physically and mentally - at your own pace.

Sessions are held Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in our Maritime Greenwich Studio, and run in six week blocks aligned with Greenwich school term dates.

Each week will focus on a new movement pattern and provide options for you to train at your own level.
